HOLY CRAP IT IS FINALLY DONE. I am so proud of this, not because it's good (it's not) but because I actuall finished it!! For all you people who asked me for more South Park works, you'd better be happy with this.
Don't bitch at me for altering some of his costumes a bit. As you can see, Cartman was never meant to be drawn in my style. I might as well make the best of what I have, you know?
